Ph.D. from IIT Bombay and M.Tech in Conservation of Rivers and Lakes from IIT Roorkee. Worked 11 years in Thane Municipal Corporation. Completed Mumbai Flood Risk Assessment report as a Research Associate along with IIT Bombay for Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). Involved in development of real-time flood forecast model of Mithi River as a Research Associate with IIT Bombay under International Collaborative Research on Flood Resilience of Urban Areas (CORFU) project under FP7 program of European Union. (This project involves participation of fifteen universities/ institutes from nine countries namely UK, Germany, France, Denmark, Korea, China, Bangladesh, Taiwan and India). Developed hydraulic modeling of Mithi River using HEC-RAS software. Also audited various RMC plants of leading RMC manufacturers as an auditor for Ready Mixed Concrete Manufacturers Association (RMCMA). Prepared “Concrete Lab and Field Technician Manual” for Indian Concrete Institute.
